Ultrasonic sensors are ideal for checking whether crates are full or empty, or scanning empty PET bottles on a conveyor belt. They detect objects non-contact and precisely - even glass bottles, transparent PET containers, or cans — without optical interference.
The integrated synchronization simplifies the setup of a sensor array directly above the conveyor belt, making it ideal for the simultaneous detection of multiple bottles or objects.
Depending on the object size and measurement range, three sensor families are available:
- pico+ with M18 threaded sleeve: 20 mm to 1.3 m measurement range,
- mic+ with M30 threaded sleeve: measuring range from 30 mm to 8 m,
- pms in Hygienic Design: 20 mm to 1.3 m measurement range for use in food or pharmaceutical products.
